On the track

Two seasons with the Mission San Jose track and field team, February 2024 to May 2025: sprints and hurdles in ninth grade, long distance in tenth. I qualified for the MVAL Track & Field Championships in the 200 m and the 800 m in both 2024 and 2025, and raced the 800 m six times, the 400 m twice, and the 200 m five times at district championships and invitationals.

On the road

A half marathon — 13.1 miles — at Summer Breeze in July 2025. Next: the UW Medicine Seattle Marathon, 26.2 miles, in November 2026, on a training program I set myself.
